XIN YI MEN

SCHOOL

For a better understanding of the styles being practiced at Xin Yi Men School, we’ll give some historical data below. It is important to keep in mind that we must comprehend that Traditional Chinese Martial Arts are practiced as internal and external arts. Xin Yi Men School honors this in its highest level.

Xin Yi Liu He Quan, Ser Ta Shi, the emblematic, powerful, lethal and mysterious Ten Animals’ style of the Internal Family of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts. Father of the famous combat style Xing Yi Quan and Grand-Father of respected I Quan, Daquen. All this together is the main foundation of our practice at Xin Yi Men.

The origins of this mysterious and powerful art come from the legendary General Yi Long Feng, the Chief of the great and mythic Yue Fei the hero of China and flag of Kung Fu Wu Shu practitioners. A style that has been developed in Henan Province by the Chinese Hui (Moslem) community, a style that made them strong and brave as well as respected warriors of the “Fist of Mind-Intention and Six Harmonies”. This art started to be taught to Non-Chinese Moslem in the early stages of the XXI century. Practitioners of this style are not much in numbers due to its rigorous training, and Masters do not teach the secrets of this art openly.

This art may not be attractive if compared to other styles, but through the eyes of the experts it is well known and has been proven over the years that each technique is lethal. Masters and practitioners of Xin Yi Liu He Quan are as feared as respected in the entire Chinese Martial Arts community.

Ba Gua Zhang is also practiced at Xin Yi Men. It is the famous style of the mystic oracle where the Universe origins are in. It is the style of the Eight Trigrams better known as one of the styles from the Nei Jia School coming purely from the Taoists who gave it to Grand Master Don Haichuan. Ba Gua Zhang is an enigmatic style, esoteric and flowing like the Universe itself; it takes us to deeply face the teachings of the internal knowledge.
